During this retreat, you will be guided to work with the elemental energies of Earth and Water, focusing on their corresponding chakras:

Root Chakra (Earth): Feel safe, supported, and deeply anchored.
Sacral Chakra (Water): Awaken creativity, pleasure, and emotional flow.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore conscious movement, sensory awakening practices, conversation circles, and powerful connection exercises to bring you back into alignment with your Root & Sacral Chakras.
